Do you restock sold-out styles?
We are currently a small batch business, meaning no restocks. If you love something, don’t wait—when it’s gone, it might be gone gone.
What’s your return policy?
We get it—sometimes something just doesn’t vibe. We accept returns on unworn, unwashed swimwear with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Email us at admin@sarafinaswimwear.com to start your return. Note: Sale items are final.
How long will my order take to ship?
We typically process orders within 2–4 business days, and shipping times vary by region. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Is your swimwear sustainable?
We design with intention, not mass production. Our collections are made in small batches to reduce waste, and we prioritize quality materials that last.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely. If your fit isn’t perfect, we’ll help you find the right one. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days, subject to availability. Shoot us a message and we’ll make it right.
How do I know what size to order?
Every body is different—and we love that. Check out our Size Chart on the Shop page for measurements and fit notes. Our suits run a bit smaller, so if you are unsure I would size up! Still unsure? Email us and we’ll guide you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make changes. Email us ASAP at admin@sarafinaswimwear.com with your order number.
